I'm your teacher, Dayana

For the last 15 years I have dedicated my life to improve people's quality of movement, which in turns, creates a better quality of life.

I am a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® practitioner and fitness coach. I love what I do! The favorite aspect of my job is to share the wonders of strength + flexibility + biomechanical alignment working together in harmony.
