That something is often the body. Not because the body is resistant to awakening — but because it hasn’t yet been invited into it.
The body holds the patterns, the histories, the unconscious contractions that formed long before the consciousness began to expand.
Until those patterns are met at the somatic level — at the level of the nervous system, the breath, the movement, the felt sense — they will continue to shape how much light we can hold, and how fully we can embody the consciousness we are growing into.

Your Guide
Dayana Pereira is a somatic educator, Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Arcturian Healing Light practitioner.
Her journey began in Uruguay, where as a child she instinctively worked with plants, touch, and energy. By her late teens she was practicing meditation, Reiki, and exploring lucid dreaming and subtle healing arts.
At 20, discovering the Feldenkrais Method transformed her life — revealing how gentle, precise movement can reorganize the brain and nervous system in real time. After navigating her own profound life crisis and physical pain, she returned to this work and became a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2009.
Since 2011, Dayana has supported thousands of people worldwide in integrating body, mind, and energy. Her path has also included:
