I’m Dayana Pereira. My gentle movement and awareness practices invite people to come back to themselves: before meditation, during a workday, after a journey, or on the way to rest.

Designed around the moment

A small practice. A thoughtful addition.

Offer your audience a simple way to pause, notice, and explore—within the experience they already come to you for. We can shape the language, pace, position, and length around your setting.

01 / MEDITATION

Arrive before
the practice.

A body-awareness introduction before meditation, with gentle movement or a stillness-compatible approach.

02 / WORKDAY

A pause between
demands.

Short seated or standing explorations for screen breaks and task transitions, designed without floor work or special equipment.

03 / TRAVEL

Help guests
feel more here.

A gentle arrival experience after a journey, suited to a hotel room or a small space.

04 / EVENING

A softer transition
toward rest.

Invitations to notice the body and explore less effort as the day winds down, with movement always optional.

A practical first collaboration

Start with one useful moment.

A small paid pilot can help us explore the fit before developing a larger collection. For example: three original 3–5 minute practices around one audience need.

The recordings above are full-length teaching samples from my existing library. A pilot would be newly scoped for your audience and delivery requirements.

  1. 1. Choose the audience and use.Tell me who you serve, where the content will appear, and what moment you want to support.
  2. 2. Agree on the creative brief. We’ll define the practices, audio or video format, length, accessibility needs, review process, usage rights, fee, and timeline.
  3. 3. Create, review, and learn.Review the proposed approach and finished material, then use your audience’s feedback to decide what comes next.

Let’s make something useful

Your audience.
A practice that fits.

If you’re building a meditation, wellbeing, workplace, travel, or evening-rest experience, I’d love to explore how my teaching could support it.

Send a few lines about your audience, where the content will appear, and your preferred format. We can start with a focused conversation about a paid pilot.
