STILL LOVING THE GAME

Tennis in his 70s.
Confidence intact.

After about ten years working with Dayana, Jack describes continuing to play tennis athletically—and trusting his body on the court.

★★★★★

“I play with as much confidence in my physical abilities today as I did 20 years ago.”

“Feldenkrais has also been particularly helpful in recovering from injuries. It's helped me get back on the tennis court with the confidence to play without hesitation or fear of reinjury.”

YOUR NEXT LEVEL

What if better play began
with less unnecessary effort?

A stiff back after a round. Shoulders that tighten before a serve. The hesitation that follows an injury. When movement feels restricted, your game can feel restricted, too.

We look closely at how you move and respond under pressure, then explore more comfortable, efficient options you can bring into your sport.

01

Refine your performance

Explore balance, timing and whole-body coordination so your movement can feel more connected and less forced.

02

Strengthen your mental game

Learn to notice tension, use your breath and return your attention to the next shot or point.

03

Keep doing what you love

Work toward easier movement and less strain, with the longer view of staying active and enjoying your sport.

TWO SPORTS. ONE CONNECTED BODY.

Bring more of yourself
into your game.

  • Build a calmer reset between shots

Move into your next shot.

Connect your footwork, rotation and reach. Explore how to move toward the ball and recover your balance with less bracing—and a clearer mind for the next point.

  • Refine coordination for your serve and strokes
  • Explore more adaptable movement and balance
  • Practice focus without unnecessary tension

Movement education that complements the work you do with your golf or tennis coach.

THE APPROACH

A conversation between
your body and your brain.

I bring Feldenkrais expertise and my XPT Life coaching training together around your goals, your history and the way you play.

01

Feldenkrais: learn a different way to move

Through gentle, guided movement and hands-on work, we explore your habits and help you notice new possibilities. The emphasis is on coordination, awareness and ease—not pushing through discomfort.

02

Breathwork: meet pressure with more choice

Drawing on my XPT training, I guide breathing and attention practices to support focus and help you reset. We look at how you prepare, respond to a difficult moment and return to your game.

03

Integration: take the learning into play

We connect what you notice in a session to real moments in your sport, with simple practices you can return to between sessions.

Let’s talk about your game

PERSONALIZED, FROM THE FIRST SESSION

Your body. Your game.
Your starting point.

You don’t need to be an elite athlete. You need a game you love—and a desire to keep getting more from it.

  1. Start with what matters to you.

We discuss your sport, what feels limited, any relevant injuries and what you want to be able to do with more confidence.

  2. Explore how you move.

Gentle movement and individualized hands-on guidance help us explore coordination, tension and new options at a comfortable pace.

  3. Leave with something to practice.

Take away practical movement or breathing cues that fit your needs and can become part of how you prepare for play.

MEET DAYANA PEREIRA

Expertise, curiosity
and care for the whole person.

I’m a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner with 15 years of experience and XPT Life coaching training. I’ve worked with golfers and tennis players who want to move with more ease, perform with more confidence and stay connected to the sports they love.

My work begins by listening. Together, we explore what your body is doing, what it’s asking for, and how you can discover more possibilities in your movement.

The goal is to help you enjoy your game—and feel better in the body you bring to it.

“Dayana has a remarkable understanding of how the body moves and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to her work. I'm grateful for the role she's played in helping me continue to enjoy tennis as actively as I do.”

More about Dayana

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before
we begin.

Is this golf or tennis instruction?

The focus is on the person playing: your coordination, movement habits, breathing and response to pressure. This work complements your sport-specific coaching rather than replacing it.

Can we work on back pain or an old injury?

We can explore movement habits and unnecessary strain that may be getting in your way. Sessions are adapted to your comfort and history. Feldenkrais is movement education, not medical diagnosis or treatment; new or persistent pain and return-to-play decisions should be discussed with your healthcare professional.

Will this help me keep playing as I get older?

That is one of the goals: to support more adaptable movement, confidence and continued participation. We work with your current abilities and priorities. No particular result—or freedom from all pain or injury—can be guaranteed.

Do I need to be fit, flexible or experienced?

No. The starting point is you. Sessions can be adapted for recreational players as well as experienced golfers and tennis players who want to refine how they move.

Where do sessions take place?

In Dayana’s office at 16 N. Franklin St., Suite 201, Doylestown, PA 18901. Sessions at your club can also be arranged. Contact us to discuss your location and goals.

How do I get started?

Use the session inquiry form to tell us about your game and goals. Dayana will review your inquiry, and the team will help you arrange the next step. You can also email team@dayana.io or call 917-297-2733.

THERE’S MORE GAME IN YOU.
